World 03
Concord Seryth
Five branches, one Concord, and a state built around law, ritual, service and restraint.
The Central Tent
The Concord
The branches carry different duties, standards and traditions. The Torch of Lir, Wheel of Hanek, Quipu of Irix, Shield of Vur and Balance of Heth mark the five branch lines.
The Crown governs from the centre. The Chancellery keeps the instruments of state. The Taryn Monolith stands outside lineage, bound to procedure rather than blood.
Rank matters. So do forms, vows, records, routes and the old habits of a people who learned to make institutions carry weight that individuals cannot.

The Joined Standard
The Torch and Quipu stand together without either surrendering its own mark.
